Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines unacceptable use of the Payroll Consults Africa Limited (PCA) Payroll Deduction Management System (PDMS). This Policy is in addition to any other terms and conditions under which PCA provides services to you.

PCA may make reasonable modifications to this Policy from time to time. Revisions are effective immediately upon approval.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Storing or transmitting obscene, pornographic, or excessively violent content
• Advocating or encouraging violence against any individual, group, or organization

• Reselling PCA services without prior written consent

Additional User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Obtain proper authorization before access
• Not interfere with, damage, or disrupt:
  • Any part of our platform
  • Equipment or networks hosting our services
  • Software used in service provision
  • Third-party equipment, networks, or software

User Accounts

For every user account created in PCA PDMS, we collect only essential information: first name, last name, username, email address, and other requested details. This information is used solely for:

• User identification within the system
• Unique login credentials
• Email and telephone notifications

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

File Uploads

When uploading files to our system:

• Ensure files are in the required data formats
• Do not transmit files containing viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Avoid uploading spyware, adware, or programs designed to harm our systems

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate, temporary, or permanent account suspension
• Removal of uploaded content or materials
• Formal warnings
• Legal proceedings for cost reimbursement
• Disclosure to law enforcement authorities

We reserve the right to determine violations at our discretion and take appropriate action to protect our services and users.
