For every user account created in PCA PDMS, we collect only essential information: first name, last name, username, email address, and other requested details. This information is used solely for:

  • User identification within the system
  • Unique login credentials
  • Email and telephone notifications

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

File Uploads

When uploading files to our system:

  • Ensure files are in the required data formats
  • Do not transmit files containing viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Avoid uploading spyware, adware, or programs designed to harm our systems

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate, temporary, or permanent account suspension
  • Removal of uploaded content or materials
